PAYMENT

The Member agrees to pay for the Services provided to the Member or under the Member's account, regardless of whether it is the Member or someone else who uses them.

CANCELLATION OF OUR SERVICES

MetalandSteel.com has the right to suspend, change, withhold, limit, restrict, replace or terminate service to the Member at any time, and for any reason, with or without notice. Where Services are suspended or terminated, the Member will be notified of the reason.

If we are going to cancel the service registered to you as a result of you not paying our charges relating to that service, we will give you fourteen days’ notice before we initiate action to cancel that service.

Please note, when your purchase our service(s) you enter in a binding contract with MetalandSteel.com. You are obligated to provide a legitimate reason for cancellation which will be reviewed by Metal and Steel Limited (the company). We can only accept your cancellation request if you notify us no later than 72 hours after the service was activated online. Members can cancel our service(s) by contacting us at cancel@metalandsteel.com.

CHANGES TO OUR FEES

MetalandSteel.com retains the right to alter its fees at any time. Members will be notified of any changes to the fee structure where applicable. All fees are quoted in New Zealand dollars inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).

REFUNDS

If suspension or termination results from a breach of these terms and conditions, no refund will be available. If you request to cancel your prepaid service(s) before the end of the contract term, no refund shall be issued to Member for our prepaid service(s).

AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

MetalandSteel.com reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon notification on this web site. The Member's continued use of the web site or the Services following such notification will represent an agreement by the Member to be bound by the Terms and Conditions as amended.
